Here are some pictures of Paris Hilton outside of her Malibu home, looking at pictures of herself in a binder. And while she’s managed to stay extremely skinny, it does look like she has a small “pooch” developing on her lower abdomen. Since she refused to eat during her 22-day stay in jail, her body probably went into starvation mode, and now anything she eats goes straight to her stomach/hips/thighs.
